Hi People! We are using Thymeleaf with Servlets/EJB3 and Oracle Weblogic as an App-Server. Whenever there is an error in the XHTML of one of the templates, Thymeleaf seems to block the template files on the file system. So when correcting the problem and pressing "Republish" on the Eclipse Server View, Weblogic complains about the unability to delete the WEB-INF-Folder.
The problem does not get solved by fully restarting the server. Instead we must restart Eclipse in those cases. Would it be necessary to clear the template cache in the exception handler to release the resources (templateEngine.clearTemplateCache())?
There was a problem when an exception was raised during parsing, and the template reader was not being closed, resulting in blocked files.
This has already been fixed at the source code trunk, and added to 2.0.15-SNAPSHOT. If you want to test it before 2.0.15 is released, see http://www.thymeleaf.org/faq.html in order to learn how to use a snapshot version.
