**Urgent help needed in Integration with Spring MVC**

aditisvegeta
Hi! I created a dynamic web project in Eclpise with Spring MVC, tried so many times, but not able to configure the dispatcher servlet correctly.

It would be nice if someone gave a sample Spring MVC "Dynamic Web Project" and used "utext" and ".properties" file to display custom texts....a lil urgent :(:) thanks in advance!

There's an example project already on GitHub which uses Thymeleaf and Spring together, with text inside properties files: the Spring Thyme Seedstarter Manager.  You can find it here: https://github.com/thymeleaf/thymeleafexamples-stsm/  (The Spring configuration file is in src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/spring-servlet.xml)

It's not an Eclipse project, just a Maven one, so after you clone the repository into your own workspace (EGit plugin required?), then import it as an existing Maven project (some kind of Maven plugin required like m2e), it'll show up in your workspace as a plain Java project.  To convert it into a "Dynamic Web Project", right-click the project >> Properties >> Project Facets, convert it to a faceted project, then add the Dynamic Web Project facet (it'll ask then where your web content directory is, which is src/main/webapp, then it'll ask for a context root/path, which you can set to whatever you want) and the Java facet.

If you are using a recent m2e version, and you have WTP installed, then m2e will automatically configure WTP facets etc when you import the project.
